2) Purposes of and legal bases for data processing

We only process your personal data to protect our following legitimate interests, which are also the respective purposes for data processing. Registration for and information about the selected event.
 The data processing takes place according to article 6, paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR. In cases in which you have to provide data for this purpose, we will expressly point this out. We might be unable to process your registration, if you don't provide the respective data.

3) Recipients of personal data

Internal recipients: Within Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH only those persons have access to the data, who need it for the purposes mentioned in point 3 above.

External recipients: We will only pass on your personal data to external recipients outside Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH if this is necessary for the processing of your request, if we have another legal basis or if we have your consent to do so.
External recipients could be:

a) Controllers

Companies of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH or external service providers, which we use to provide certain services, as for example in the areas of technical infrastructure and maintenance for the services of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH or the provision of contract-relevant content. The controllers are carefully selected and regularly reviewed by us to ensure that your privacy is protected. The service providers are only allowed to use the data for the purpose we have specified.

b) Public authorities

Authorities and state institutions, such as public prosecutor's offices, courts or tax authorities, to which we are legally compelled to transmit personal data to.

c) Private entities

Distributors, cooperation partners or auxiliary persons, to whom data is transferred based on consent or a legal basis.

4) Automated decision making and profiling

We neither use automated decision making nor profiling.

5) Retention period

Personal data will be erased by Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH after 2 years if no other clear declaration of intent is available by then.

6) Data subject rights

As a person affected by the data processing, you have numerous rights at your disposal. In Detail:  
Right to information: You have the right to be informed about the personal data we store, which is related to you. 

Right to rectification and erasure: You can request the rectification of inaccurate data and - if the legal requirements are met - the erasure of your data. 

Restriction of processing: If the legal requirements are met, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. 

Data portability: If you have provided us with data on the basis of a contract or consent and if the legal requirements are met, you can request to receive that data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or that we transmit the data to another controller.

Objection to data processing in the case of the legal basis "legitimate interest": You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation, insofar as that processing is based in the legal basis "legitimate interest". If you exercise your right to object, we will stop the processing of your data unless we can - in accordance with the legal requirements - prove compelling and legitimate reasons for further processing, which outweigh your rights.  

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: Furthermore, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable law. To this end, you can contact the data protection agency which is responsible for your place of residence or your country.
