Kienbaum lauded for its excellent recruiting

Kienbaum among the best recruiters in Germany

Gummersbach, 12 August 2015 The consulting firm Kienbaum has been honoured for its excellent in-house recruiting practices: In the high-profile “Best Recruiters” ranking, Kienbaum is named as the tenth best recruiter in all of Germany. In a ranking of Germany’s consulting sector, Kienbaum even achieves a great second place.

“This excellent ranking tells us that we are reaping the benefits of the efforts we have put into modern and professional recruiting. As consultants, we consider people and organizations to be the key factors for success in our clients’ projects. It is natural that we apply the same standards here with our established and our prospective employees”, as Jochen Kienbaum, Chairman of Kienbaum Consultants International, explains.

Austria’s Career publishing house conducts the largest recruiting study on a yearly basis. It awards the “Best Recruiters” seal in recognition of top quality in 101 recruiting categories that reach from company’s online recruiting presence or online job advertising to their treatment of applications and the feedback of the candidates themselves.
