Nina Feuersinger is a Principal in the Service Line Organizational Development at Kienbaum Consultant International GmbH.
Ms Feuersinger is consulting in workforce transformation topics in reorganization and restructuring projects and supports corporate and medium-sized enterprises in the analysis, design and implementation of org.-wide quantitative and qualitative workforce and skill shifts. In addition, Ms Feuersinger possess a broad experience in the set-up of strategic workforce planning, career development systems and talent analytics and has been published different articles in this field. Ms Feuersinger has been leading several Change Management initiatives including providing guidance in change readiness assessments, communication strategies and leadership alignment. In addition, she supports the optimization and transformation of HR organizations, especially in the establishment of HR Shared Services.
Ms Feuersinger has been working in Management Consulting for nine years, since 2013 for Kienbaum, recently as a Principal.
Ms Feuersinger has a diploma degree in psychology from the Mannheim University and a Master’s degree in International Business from the Sydney Business School. Ms Feuersinger is certified in systemic Org. Development and Change Management.
